They scratched my watch case beyond repair. The staff were using a swiss knife to open watched and even argued the opposite. I will do my best to file public complains.
They scratched my friend's watch. My friend argued with the guy regarding this issue and the guy claimed he would never do this. He actually opened the watch back with a swiss army knife. My friend wanted him to reopen his watch just to see if that swiss army knife could scratch tha watch back. Apparently, he scratched the watch with that knife in front of my friend again, but then he said the knife wouldn't scratch the watch that much. Don't go there and use their services!!!
My boyfriend paid for the original crystal to his Kenneth Cole watch and he took a picture when he dropped the watch off. Not only did they put in a generic and dirty crystal, but damaged his watch beyond repair. They said they did not do the damage, & my boyfriend showed them the picture and the date the picture was taken before dropping it off. They still claim that it was not them.
