My pediatrician called and made the MRI appointment.Their office called me twice to confirm my info and confirm the appointment that we waited over a month for. I received a call less than a week out that they are cancelling the appointment because they don’t do mri’s on 2 year olds further dragging out the nightmare that has been trying to figure out what is wrong with my child. Why would they not tell me right away why did I have to wait weeks to find out that somebody made a mistake.

5Am MRI cancelled after arrival. Health info all previously given including pacemaker info. No phone call from MRI staff made prior to appt to patient. Unacceptable !
