This was an experience. The two staff on the floor were not exactly helpful. I had asked about an item on the floor and the customer service person said “I don’t know” to my question about if they have more in stock other than the assembled floor model. I wanted to know the dimensions of the box to make sure it fit in my truck. She just kept saying “I don’t know” and then decided to look up the number in stock for herself because she was curious (said this out loud). Home hardware furniture are great quality. Soon to get another one couch, after 15 years. Still wonder if we should get another sofa or not, due to still having the cushions still firm. I just love everything they sell in their stores.
