Had a wonderful buying experience at Magnes Auto Group. After being interested in a vehicle we were able to complete a deal over email as I live out of town. Came in to pick up the car and it was ready waiting for me. They were up front and honest during the transaction. I happened to forget my garage door opener in my trade and they mailed it to me within a few days! Thanks again
Absolute crooks!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Let’s this be a warning to all wanting to purchase a vehicle from here to look elsewhere and save yourself thousands of dollars in headaches. This place should be shut down and reported to the VSA. I bought a 2007 Audi Q7 on January 28th 2025. How dare you lie and say I never bought a vehicle from you and am a fake profile. Bought a 2014 Passat tdi, 3 days after purchase 3 sensors on the car failed throwing the car into limp mode, called the delarship no answer, their “warranty” these guys give is useless. Had to pay 800$ out of pocket to get the sensors fixed, don’t buy from these guys absolute scammers.
Alex was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, straight to the point, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He gave us a great deal and made sure my new Tacoma had everything I wanted. What I appreciated most was his honesty, no beating around the bush, just clear, straightforward communication. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting you into the right vehicle without any pressure or gimmicks.
