You don't answer emails. You don't answer the phone. Are you guys a real company? Or a scam? I will be putting a formal complaint with my employer and recommend that we no longer work with your company. Both HR and Procurement (my own department) will be made notice of. I will be personally making an investigation into this matter from the procurement end.

These people are criminals. They do not answer the phone but supply a provider with an endless loop of questions. They sent me a $300. EZ Pay Master Card which I cannot use as my practice does not accept credit cards. Do not take this form of insurance!

If zero stars were available, it would be merited. Magnacare is the most fraudulent insurance in existence. You allegedly have insurance, yet they take over a year to process claims. I've been calling customer service for over three months concerning two lab diagnostic bills, and all I've been told is that "it's in the final phase of processing; please allow 5-10 days." Quest Diagnostics is now in turn threatening to send my bills to collection because Magnacare refuses to process the claim promptly or even respond to them. ... read more

My husband is a Dr. he just received a check from magnacare for services rendered $.03 - that's 3 cents. Magnacare probably ripped of the patient then paid the Dr. nothing. Pathetic

What’s going on with Magnacare, is this a real insurance company of for play play? This is absolutely ridiculous. Friends and Family Homecare offering this insurance is just as pathetic as them. Shame on all parties involved.
