Worst insurance company ever! Please read the reviews & avoid!! Always have issues with them & every time I call to resolve them, they give me different answers. Nobody knows what they are doing. The absolute worst insurance company to ever exist. They are unprofessional and disorganized. I have had nothing but issues trying to coordinate between them and my secondary insurance provider. They cover basically nothing and have huge co-pays. The epitome of a irresponsible and useless insurance company. Avoid at all costs.
This is the worst insurance to deal with . They are so unprofessional rude and full of excuses. Trying to get an authorization for my son to get a MRI and they had gotten the request in May and all they have been doing is given excuse after excuse. They were even rude and unprofessional towards the drs office. They kept them on hold hung up on them gave them excuse after excuse after excuse. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. If there is a word that can describe something worse than terrible, MagnaCare is it. I have been seeing the same provider for the same treatment at the same location since 2022. That year 23 visits were paid outright 6 paid after resubmitting the claim. 2023 of 26 visits all were paid after resubmitting the claim. Enter 2024 the year of the clown, of 19 visits 1 was paid outright 7 were paid through adjustments, 11 were not paid, run through the Apeal process again they paid 3 more, another call m... read more
Hi w can you get rid of Empire Blue Criss and bring in Jabronis like magna card? If my doctors of 40 years don’t actually accept this insurance, there Wii be an issue. Thank you. Ken Yanga. You just can’t go and change insurance and not even spead the word. This is not good. Thank you.
