never had a problem in 5 years, they make everything very easy on me.
This company does not answer their phone, and you always go into a voice mail. Paid my premium on times for years until I got a cancellation in the mail for non payment even though my payment was on time. Left a voice mail for Chad at Magnarate and no return call. Was a loyal customer for 5 years and these insurance companies get paid residual fee each year and can't give 15 minutes of service. DO NOT use MagnaRate Insurance!!! The owner did not try to retain my business after 5 years and told me to find a new agency.
