we had a major failure occur that shut down our product line. our Magna power supply was not working correctly. I contacted magna power Electronics support and gave them all the details I could and they were very helpful. the knowledge they had was outstanding and they knew what it was that was failing within the Magna power supply. they worked there magic and got us the circuit boards needed to repair our unit and now we are back up and running. thank very much Magna-power Electronics. you and your staff are awesome!!!!

I have used Magna-Power power supplies over the years, when with my previous employer we purchased at least a dozen 45KW DC power supplies from them and a couple smaller ones around 10KW. Their products are well built and last through years of use, all of them that were purchased are still in service. The customer service is excellent, they stand behind their products. These power supplies are incredible - they deliver above and beyond! I programmed in 28V, and got 42V transient. That's an extra 50%, for free! But that's not all. I was always bored by the steady state output voltage of other supplies. 28V±0.5V at full load? Boring! Magna power delivers a whopping 1.5V ripple at only 5% of the rated load! Impressed? That's nothing. With a switching load the ripple is as high as 16V pk-pk! Sure, this power supply ended up frying multiple assets and set back our program by several months, but... read more
