My father has not received a check since July 8th, 2019. He is supposed to receive his check every 2 weeks, he depends on this money to pay bills and eat. We will be contacting our city officials if we dont get any results soon!!

For example: January’s check was made out on the 5th but didn’t get stamped by the post office till the 18th. I have called. Their phone system changed. I have left massages numerous times and have yet to receive a call back. I really depend on that check to be able to eat. I’m very upset over this...
