Excellent service, very good at explaining when I wasn’t sure what some terminology was. The staff are friendly and go that extra mile when needed!
My gas engineer was very kind and caring and experienced. If I had any questions, he was always happy to answer them. And it’s nice to have the same engineer servicing your boiler because then you know who’s coming into your home. Thank you
