This guy was absolutely useless. He couldn't be bothered diagnosing engine issue, even though he had my car all f@#king day and then kept me waiting for no reason when I went to pick up my car because he was socialising and playing tetris, he saw me there and just ignored me for ages so I found him extremely rude and I thought the Japanese were supposed to be polite well not in this case. He charged me over $180 to do an oil change as I asked could he at least give it a service.
The guys are great. My husbands van is in good hands.
Hi guys, where have you moved to. I just called the business number and thought I was calling another country. The person on the phone said you were no longer operating from the premises. Where have your relocated to? Do you have a new number as the business number is going to the guy that is telling me you are no longer there. Many thanks.
