Over the summer of 2023, Maglux replaced two windows, installed new gutters and downspouts with gutter guards, painted our house, and performed some electrical work. The main issue throughout the project was poor management practices by Maglux staff. This company did the contract work for my home in Arizona that I rent through a property management company. I needed flooring done in my home. Now the property management is one issue, but I wanted to share these images and the story about what happened yesterday 8/4/25. I confirmed with the company last week that Monday works for me. They said they'll be there that day between 8am-12. I get a text on Monday 8/4 at 6:30am saying they have had an emergency and wanted to reschedule. ’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and these guys stand out. Solid communication, stuck to the schedule, and the work came out exactly how I wanted—maybe even better. The crew was professional, didn’t cut corners, and respected the property throughout the project. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable construction company.
