Always professional and great service.
Called Rick as our tankless water heater had an error code and for maintenance of our furnace. He arrived promptly and had us back up and running in no time. I would give Rick 10 stars if I could!! He drove 1 1/2 hours to repair our furnace, had to drive an hour each way to get the part, then returned to work on it until 7:30 pm on a Friday night. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains the problem, and knows how to fix it. He will be our go-to HVAC person from now on! So trustworthy and professional. Thank you so much!
