If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Marietta and her team has been nothing short of infuriating. Incompetence is one thing — but what we’ve endured goes beyond that. What an absolute circus of a place. Marietta. is as cold as they come. I am lucky enough to be on her side however have seen the way that she singles out owners like it’s a mission and or passion. Shame she doesn’t put the same energy into managing our scheme which now looks like a social housing scheme.
If you’re looking for a strata manager who treats owners with contempt, ignores critical maintenance, and plays favorites like it’s a high school clique, then Marietta is your person.
