Marietta and her team are efficient, professional and very helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with them over the past 2+ years, both as an owner/resident and as a Council of Owners member. With the support and hard work of the Magixstrata team our building has improved immensely, both in appearance and the social community aspect.
Strata manager at The James for many years Too closely engaged with council of owners /does not maintain clear demarcation of roles- in my view Will only deal with owners of her choosing. Get on the wrong side ( ie ask legitimate questions ) and you are ignored I have found this company to be extremely unprofessional and at times question their knowledge of the Act
