Why can’t we give zero stars. I am so glad to see it is not just me. The woman ( she isn’t eager to let her name be known to name her) there is the most rude unprofessional and ignorant person I have ever came across in a professional atmosphere. The way she talks to people or how she thinks she knows everything and things will go her way no matter what. She under minds the police officer in the courtroom. Called to get information to pay a citation, met with an incredibly rude woman who wanted to make very clear how irritated she was to provide said information, embarrassing customer service, did not even end the conversation with a verbal closing just simply hung up the phone

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and belligerent phone representation. ‘Tyesha’ speaks as if she would want you to smack her directly across the face if yall were in person. You’re better off arguing with a brick wall than attempting to reason with these people over a minor “ticket” (that you honestly don’t even know where it came from) dating back to over two years ago that they’ll hold over your head for chump change, preventing you from moving on with your life. Absolutely terrible, Tyesha needs to be fired.
