Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and belligerent phone representation. ‘Tyesha’ speaks as if she would want you to smack her directly across the face if yall were in person. You’re better off arguing with a brick wall than attempting to reason with these people over a minor “ticket” (that you honestly don’t even know where it came from) dating back to over two years ago that they’ll hold over your head for chump change, preventing you from moving on with your life. Absolutely terrible, Tyesha needs to be fired.
