Thomas Cook, if I could give a negative zero I would. Not only did he lie about the price, he did not give a receipt after being paid. After being quoted a price for the part, the price of the part was $118 more after installation. After asking for a receipt I was give a paper with only the price on it. After asking for an itemized receipt, he had to have time to make one up to match what he charged. The amount of Freon he told me that he put in was less than the amount I was charged for. Luckily i had the pleasure of calling Thomas when my ac decided to be lazy. It's not often that a person feels happiness after paying for home repairs, but this is honestly one of those exceptions. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the work. He showed up promptly even though it was late in the evening and on a Saturday night...100% professional and just a down to earth honest good guy. I'll never use any other HVAC company.
