They don't help, they harass you for information and never respond nor have the decency to respect your time. They received all my responses they asked for me to send them. Then nothing they became ghost. This is a firm with no morals and the people they have representing them are far from being professionals but I'm grateful another attorney provided me representation. Good refinance.
