⸻ I had a very bad experience with Magill Auto. My car was towed from in front of my house, and I paid to release it well within the 30-day period. Even after that, they still went ahead and transferred my vehicle title into their name as if it was an abandoned vehicle. My vehicle suffered a powertrain failure on the turnpike and Magill’s services the stretch I broke down on, so they were who was dispatched when I dialed *11. I was stranded on the side of the road with my 185lb Newfoundland with me. Amongst all the stress, I forgot the driver’s name (and it isn’t on the receipt) but he was great and let my enormous dog ride in the cab on the way to the shop to drop off my car. Got my company van stuck in some snow today, called Magills and they had a tow truck out in about 20 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and had my van out in a few minutes. Awesome job

My son wrecked his car and this company wouldnt tow it to his job which is CLOSER than their tow yard but would if we paid $200. This is why I hate tow companies. All they want is their storage fees and dont give a damn about their customers.
