Good service , They came and helped me tow my truck on the night of July 4th. Thank you guys
Needed an enhanced inspection. Kelly was lovely on the phone. She told me she'd need my Car for three days, got back to me within several hours of my dropping it off, and the shop had it all ready for me by the next day. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and I did not leave feeling I had been taken advantage of. I will be returning to Magills for future automotive work, provided they'll have me.
Got my work truck worked on last year. They had it for way longer than expected and everything they did to the truck is still not working!!
Warning to all who may potentially use Magill’s Towing… they are very over priced and will charge you and extreme cost for thier services. One singular tow, NO MATTER THE MILEAGE OF SAID TOW, will cost you $300.00 not including any other services. Stay away!!
Magills Towing charges towing fees that are almost 4x the national average, and they are the towing company of choice for the Monroeville Police. Unfortunately, I slid on ice and hit a curb, making my vehicle undriveable. The police officer called Magills without first allowing me to call AAA. I was shocked and horrified when I picked my car up less than 48 hours later, and Magills wanted to charge me $1000. They were clearly trying to take advantage of my insurance.
