Dr. Marie is the definition of professionalism and care. Her skin treatments are precise, honest, and truly effective. I’ve been to many clinics, but none compare to her. Worst experience I’ve had. Service and communication was so poor, nothing explained to me and when I ask questions about the laser treatment I was told I was a nervous patient. Dr Ma said she would personally be at my Pico laser appointment to allocate laser settings which she didn’t even show up to, then I had some sort of reaction to the numbing cream which the two girls were very unsure and nervous about which in turn made me very nervous.
