If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic clearly prioritises profit over patient care. After our appointment, there was no call back, no follow-up, and absolutely no communication of test results. The very next day, the patient—a 19-year-old—had to be admitted to hospital. I’d put zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed with the service and won’t be returning. I booked an appointment online and followed up with a phone call to confirm. Everything was confirmed, so I came in with my toddler. After checking in at the desk and waiting for 15 minutes, I was told my appointment had “jumped out of the system” and was no longer available.
