I completed tests here weeks ago and spent nearly a month chasing my own results—about ten calls to the clinic and additional follow‑ups—before anyone finally contacted me. After our appointment, there was no call back, no follow-up, and absolutely no communication of test results. The very next day, the patient—a 19-year-old—had to be admitted to hospital. Despite confirming over the phone that she consented to have me advocate on her behalf, I was repeatedly shut out of the process. I’d put zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed with the service and won’t be returning. I booked an appointment online and followed up with a phone call to confirm. Everything was confirmed, so I came in with my toddler. After checking in at the desk and waiting for 15 minutes, I was told my appointment had “jumped out of the system” and was no longer available.
