If I could give zero stars, I would. I completed tests here weeks ago and spent nearly a month chasing my own results—about ten calls to the clinic and additional follow‑ups—before anyone finally contacted me. Even after explaining I needed the results, they refused to release them unless I booked (and paid for) an appointment.
