Fireplace insert is not worth the money. It has been nothing but trouble. Customer service is horrible. I have been waiting 4 days for a call back. In the 4 years I have had this unit, I have had to replace the tv set and a set of logs. Now the log set has gone bad again. Definitely not a quality product considering how expensive it was!
Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the flame selection. Called into their support line and received some troubleshooting, then gat an unexpected follow-up call from the advanced tech support team to make sure I was satisfied. Way to go, wish there was more companies like this around.
