Ordered four protective hoods for my husband and his colleagues that work in the emergency department along with four replacement shields. They mailed the replacement shields only with a note saying the hoods were backorder until April 15. I emailed yesterday because I still haven’t received them and now they are saying they anticipate shipping them on May 6. I even paid for expedited shipping.
Thank you for helping to get face shields to our doctors in WA and WI! Great customer service and humanity. These are truly life saving.
Magid is absolutely horrible to work with!! I do not recommend them at all! Looks like everybody has had same experience
