My 5 star is for the staff! Triang was great. And Lisa helped her with a bit of the colouring formula. I love knowing that when dealing with products for colouring, they work together to get the proper colouring! Kind and friendly - plus supportive to each other. It's also great to know that when my regular hair genius, Paeze (I masacred the spelling I'm sure, sorry) is not in, that the staff can use what she has in the system to just tweak the small change I wanted to try today. I had an amazing experience today! Haneen did an amazing job! I usually hate getting my hair cut as I have a brain tumour and she was gentle and I left with an amazing haircut! I will definitely be back! ☺️
