Booked an appointment a week before for a haircut and highlights. They cancelled it a day before the booking and told me that they didnt have anyone that could do it??? Why let me book it in the first place? I then cancelled my booking but then realized I could just go for a haircut instead if they were going to cancel the coloring anyways so I called a couple minutes after to just get that instead only to be told that someone already booked it. Wow. Amazing customer service right there
Jennifer did a wonderful job as per usual. I asked for a layered cut and that's what she gave me.

Kate was great, so good with both my girls, giving suggestions and explaining hair in years so we could make the best decision on how much to cut off. Very pleased. Would highly recommend ♥️
