Extremely disappointed with my experience. The hairstylist was rude and unprofessional. She was pulling and ripping my hair while working on it, which was very uncomfortable and painful. She then told me that my hair was too frizzy and that she couldn't style it. As a hairstylist, I expect someone to have the skills, experience, and professionalism to work with different hair types. Refusing to do a client's hair because of its texture is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning.
The ladies here today were amazing and so incredibly charming! Thank you both for your kindness.
