Leaving a negative review is the last thing that I wish to do to any business and any business wishes to recieve. I tried to resolve the situation but was faced with ignorance and a condecending attitude today when I called the salon. Got my bangs done and she cut them too short then what I asked for my bangs are uneven , made a comment about my cowlick, when I’ve gotten bangs done at different salons it was never an issue and my bangs always looked good using the same references everytime , my little sister got a cut on the same day and she very bluntly cut her ends and some pieces shorter and choppier the others, then charged my 11 year old sister for a adult cut , if I could give a 0 I probably would , very unprofessional when asked about why the 11 ye... read more
Do not recommend!! I got my hair done here and they totally rush through hair cuts and leave their customers walking out the door with uneven hair, didn’t notice till I got home..
