Leaving a negative review is the last thing that I wish to do to any business and any business wishes to recieve. I tried to resolve the situation but was faced with ignorance and a condecending attitude today when I called the salon. Over a week ago, I recieved the worst haircut I have ever recieved from this location. I have or I should say, had long thick one length hair. Not any more.
