Hair dressers are friendly and do a good job. But too many hidden costs. Told one price on the phone AND right before my haircut, then costs added after-the-fact by manager. Always note additional 15$ for any service for long hair.
I had a great experience with Claire at the Ancaster location. Claire is very patient, a good listener and can execute a really good haircut that doesn't break the bank. Plus she does curly hair!! An added bonus. I highly recommend Claire!!
Recently moved to the area and decided to try out this salon. Was extremely impressed with the services. Samira was personable and very informative. Just booked for a casual haircut, I was pleased with how friendly and welcoming she was. Love how my hair feels and will definitely return🥰
