UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. My 76-year old mom called the Kildare location this morning to book an appointment with a hairstylist she liked from her previous visit. My mom said hi to the lady who answered the call, and stated her full name. The lady responded and my mom took about 2 seconds to respond back. The lady suddenly told my mom to not call again and hung up the phone on her. That entire call took 17 seconds (logged on phone). The behaviour of this lady is extremely impatient, rude, and repulsive. I hope this unacceptable ... read more
