Been coming to this dentist for my daughter since she was 1 and it's been ok til recently when the told me she had two cavities (we were there 6 months prior and she had no cavities) and needed a procedure to correct the cavities. I once enjoyed the service of bringing my children here. I see how time has changed and notice a shift in how they operate within the office. I came in 10 to 15 mins early for my child to have a cleaning. The waiting room was cleared and yet we still were one of the last to be seen. The folks who came after us even got seen before us. Not another member of the family made note of this and I dismissed it, didn't think to be true. I took my daughter in for a new patient exam. The young lady that took her x-rays did excellent with her. Then we waited in an exam chair for doctor to do an exam. We sat patiently waiting. Staring at a tv screen menu because nobody was able to press play the whole time we were there. There was two dental assistants chit chatting and laughing while we waited. I’ve taken two of my foster children’s to this place and I will never come back. First, the service is very slow. Every appointment takes two or more hours. Despite your appt time, they don’t see you until an hour, because they book several at the same time. The second is that they use a barbaric method of strapping the children down. My kids have trauma and the strapping down only made it worse. The staff are not trained or prepared to address this. They just will him to calm down and they won’t let the parent stay.
