Very disappointing experience. Especially given I knew her previously. This happened a few years back, but she conveniently blocked me after canceling my appointment the same day it was scheduled or I wouldve posted this review then. With two decades of experience in the beauty field, I feel it's important to disclose my experience, even at risk of it not being the best review. My sister and I see Alex for numerous services like eyelash extensions and reiki. She is so versatile, talented, and down to earth. She takes pride in being honest with her clients and is so knowledgeable about what she does. Alex is definitely worth seeing.
