We were staying at the blue green fountains resort we ordered late night. Customer service was great on the phone. Unfortunately the driver didn’t bring enough change, even though I initially stated to the worker that took the order to bring change. Didn’t wanna send the driver back with the food because the children had already waited over an hour anyways so he ended up making off with an $18 tip so a large pizza and wings with a soda cost me $80
We got tired of waiting and started to go to bed when the phone rang. It was the delivery guy stating he had the food and it was hot. That was a lie. The pizza was barely warm. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken tenders were soggy. The food was inedible. Waste of $55. They lied to slice stating they just made the food. I hate I tipped ahead of time. Absolutely terrible experience. They got my food order wrong, and when I called back, they gave me a hard time about it. They said they’d remake it, but the new order never showed up. I called again to follow up, and the general manager told me they wouldn’t be correcting it. They took my money and completely failed to take any accountability. Terrible service and attitude—wouldn’t recommend!
