If you are looking to book your vacation with a company that will take your hard earned money and NOT provide you with what you paid them for Magical Vacation is the company for you!! The house we rented was beautiful, it’s a shame that Magical Vacations is incapable of doing their job in providing you with your vacation experience. My family and I had a reunion at the Soltera Resort in Davenport, Orlando Florida in July 2023. Although we had a very happy and memorable experience and we plan to have another reunion next year, it will not be with Soltera. Since day one , our Soltera vacation house located on Broad Oak Drive was a disaster zone. WARNING: Be very careful with booking with Magical Vacation Homes. We stayed at the "Belle Oasis" in Champion Gates January 2023. The website pictures looked amazing, but when we arrived at the home it was in extremely bad shape. A lot more issues were reported but just to name the more severe ones: 1) Couch is terrible condition 2) Bunk Bed Broken 3) Water Leaking in Game Room 4) No Heated Pool 5) HVAC broken with 81 Degree Temperature. If you are thinking of having them manage your property, I would steer way clear of them. You will be charged for things that are not fixed and not done. Keep in mind it will average about 10% of your rental income every month religiously . Also they will charge a damage waiver from every guest and keep it in there pocket vs your share and if anything happens they will not use the damage waiver ever. Rented home year in advance for family get together to celebrate 59 th anniversary.. When arrived, air conditioners were not working in 97 degree July afternoon. Fans were scattered throughout home. Obviously the previous tenants had problems. After multiple calls, a repair man came out later that day and said 2 out of three units needed to be replaced. Vacationers Beware! Very Shady business practices. It is unlike me to do a review, however I want people to be aware of the experience we just had with this company. We had a contract on a home (RVH_473M) with this company and was assured the home was available. I was not able to back out of the contract without losing 20%, and our contract was paid in full. Don’t let the photos of these homes deceive you like we did. We arrived on the property two days ago and were expecting a top-notch vacation. Do not get me wrong, the house we stayed in is beautiful and has so much potential. Unfortunately, it is clearly evident that nobody seems to care about the appearance of the place. This was the first time I booked with Magical Vacation Homes and sadly it was far from magical. We were unable to travel due to it being illegal to enter the USA due to Covid restrictions. I requested that the deposit I paid was carried forward so I could re-book in 2022 and this was flatly refused. Every other trip I had booked with other companies were either refunded or carried forward. This is appalling behaviour and I would never use Magical Vacation Homes again.
