Worst experience ever! Stay away! Went in for an oil change and the technician didn’t tighten the oil filter so had to take it back two days later when I noticed a ton of oil on my garage floor. I gave them a second chance because they are close to home and convenient, this time they forgot to tighten the oil plug and I had oil all over my garage floor.
