The guys that do the oil changes are amazing
Had something for my oil replaced a year ago …. Brought to different mechanic this week because codes were being thrown off. Come to find out they jacked my exhaust up on my vehicle and didn’t tell me. They replaced it with a Chevy Silverado truck part and not the correct part. You can see the welding and where they cut it off. My car had original warranty and inspections done when I bought it. All original parts until they came along. I’ve been going to Basha Magical Touch for my oil changes, and they never disappoint! The service is always fast, professional, and they truly take care of their customers every time. They go above and beyond free car wash, free water bottles, candies, and even free toys for kids, which makes the experience even better for families. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such great customer care. Excellent service every visit highly recommended!
Normally I have a great experience here and have positive things to say, but the last time I went here there was a young hispanic kid Working that was really rude and just made the experience uncomfortable and not pleasant.
Definitely The best services I’ve ever had . ill never go anywhere else again !
