I have been trying to get ahold of someone since the day paid and no one will respond and I have gotten no confirmation. So I have zero clue if I’m getting a stroller or not for our day at Universal. If you’ve lost a number because of COVID then communicate that. It’s ridiculous. Now I have to spend more money getting another stroller from someone else. Very poor customer service no matter where you’re operating out of.
Omg we were scammed!! How can they get away with this??!! I should have known we they asked me to pay thru PayPal!! Please don’t use this service!!! Calling the bank calling PayPal and the BBB!!
There was a very costly lesson learned here! We stayed at the Melia suite hotel in Celebration. We needed a stroller for Disney World. We received a list of providers of strollers from disney when we ordered our tickets from customer service. These people on the list were considered preferred suppliers that disney pre screens.
