My sons and I have been getting cuts from Gloria for years. She does a fantastic job at a good price. She also is very friendly, I'm surprised to see other reviews that say she's not. We've never found her anything but incredibly welcoming.
The owner is rude and racist. I parked to go to the shop next door and she came up to me out of no where saying I can’t park there (it was a legal parking spot). I’ve been shopping at this complex all my life as a Springfield resident and never had I had such a rude encounter. Maybe if she minded her business more, her salon wouldn’t be so empty. And from what I hear they’ve been looking for new stylist for ever a year and no one stays because the work environment is TOXIC. BEWARE of nasty people touching your head.
As I parked in the parking lot that this business shares with several different storefronts to get some shopping done, my wife and I were approached by the owner herself exclaiming we could not park there and it was private property and we will be towed. If you want to have ruling and say over an entire parking lot and who can park where in order to get some shopping done, I suggest you buy your own property for your empty salon or rent out a storefront which doesn’t share a parking lot with several different businesses inst... read more
