I contracted Magical Pools & Spas 2 years ago to build our pool. Tom was terrific from the out set. He was up front and honest right from the beginning and was on site through every stage of the build. The most pleasing aspect was that you only deal with Tom, and he was always in communication with us. The finish product was nothing but outstanding. Tom was sensational from the time he walked into our home, down to the finished pool. We were offered great advise and and no stage did we fill pressured or pushed. We got exactly what we wanted with no hidden charges and the finished product is sensational.

I met Tom in 2013 when we were looking at building a custom designed pool. Tom started off with every conceivable extra for our pool and allowed us to select what options we wanted and those that we didn’t so we always knew the final price, and this did not change. Tom went about the build in a precise and calculated fashion, and the end product was breathtaking.
