Very good environment, very relaxing to try on and look at dresses. The women helping me was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful finding things.. I even found my prom dress a month early I loved the dark one so much. The other two were goregous on as well just were not for me. But there is a very good variety and so many different styles. Very disappointing experience. Measurements were very off and dress from the factory based on measurements in the store was very big. Should have had very little faith when one of the dresses tried on was in the store due to “mis measuring” for the bride who had ordered it. The dress was falling off it was so big and yet the staff member was very adamant that it was “perfect” and because the seamstress retired 2 weeks prior she “didn’t know what we were going to do.” Only giving one star because after much conversation she u... read more
Decent selection, and I had a positive experience trying on dresses here while in the area. I had a short time window before our elopement and would have had to order for sizing, so ended up finding my dress elsewhere - but the staff was very helpful and understanding.
As the Father of the Bride in the aforementioned negative reviews I am both absolutely LIVID and DISGUSTED by the treatment my daughter received at Magical Mountain Bridal. A HUGE part of any bride’s wedding experience is dress shopping, it should be a fun and joyous occasion for the bride to share with her closest family and friends.
