Susi helped us plan 2 amazing vacations! She was with us every step of the way, before and during our trips, to make sure everything went smoothly. She really went the extra mile to help help ensure we had proper documentation for COVID requirements during our last trip. I cannot recommend Susi enough and can't wait to book our next trip!

I never give 5 stars. However she planned a very difficult month long vacation for the entire family. Including hiring a nurse to be with us and calling the airline to inform them of our special medical situation and needs. Planning this trip would have been impossible for me to do. Thank you from a grateful family for planning such a wonderful vacation.
