Please dnt even think about this place…I ordered linen for my wedding..*** or **** whatever his name is took them same day of the wedding did not put them on because apparently we had to pay for that service so he just dropped linen off and left..they were so disgusting super dirty we end up just putting some of the linen they looked like they were peed on they were not ironed they were all crumbled in trash bags..our contract had an arch and we never got it we also had floral arrangements and we never got them..so please dn... read more
Extremely unprofessional business. They never delivered my order after promising same day delivery. They said they would deliver next day but didn't. I was never charged but entered my credit card info on their website and a few days later experienced unauthorized charges on my credit card.
Very unprofessional.. ordered an arrangement a week before funeral services. Arrangement was never delivered after they "promised" great service. I had to call and check on the status several times..I even called ahead knowing the high demand of COVID before ordering and they were very convincing. Actions speak louder than words.
horrible service! Placed a order for Thursday paid over $90 and they never delivered. Don't waste your time or money. They never refunded my money either
Horrible service. Delivered wrong flowers which I could have dealt with but then they were half dead. Spoke to Rey Flores and sent him a picture of the flowers. He was apologetic, said he would redeliver the correct roses personally but he never did. ***************
