The first time I used them they were great. Continued to use them for other move ins. I called two weeks ago for a move in. They required the job to be paid upfront, I sent a Zelle for $320.00. This was two Saturdays ago. I went to walk the property since the move in was delayed and the bathroom and kitchen weren’t touched at all! I called them and he said he would call me back in a hour, no call back. Lesson learned.
Nicole and Magical Maids have been cleaning my mom's house for at least 5 years. They do such an amazing job - they are extremely professional. They are so kind and warm and go above and beyond. We can't recommend them highly enough.
Just watched a lady almost hit someone in the Magical Maids van in jefferson city. She looked like she was having some problems and yelling at herself. Very strange. Be weary of folks they hire like this, probably best to choose another service.
