I’ve had mixed experiences at this acupuncture office. On the positive side, the doctor does seem very knowledgeable and skilled at identifying issues in the body through pulse diagnosis and treatment. I did feel that he understood certain physical problems very quickly, and some treatments were helpful. The receptionist is also very kind and polite, which I appreciated. Receptionist was rude and just hung up when asking about insurance related. She gave a big sigh with tone attitude response as “huh?” and started shouting in Chinese out of the mic and then hung up. I tried calling again, she picked up and hung up again right away before I could say something which led to her blocking my number. Guess the practice doesn’t want new patients. At least the practitioner or owner should train their employees on how to be courteous to the patients/ customers
