Receptionist was rude and just hung up when asking about insurance related. She gave a big sigh with tone attitude response as “huh?” and started shouting in Chinese out of the mic and then hung up. I tried calling again, she picked up and hung up again right away before I could say something which led to her blocking my number. Guess the practice doesn’t want new patients. At least the practitioner or owner should train their employees on how to be courteous to the patients/ customers
