We have had the pleasure of booking our annual employee gratitude boat cruise wtih Magic Yacht charters over the years. We have ALWAYS been blown away with the service we have received. This year was the best one yet!! I absolutley LOVE the staff. We had the same chef as last year and she was incredible and so fun to interact with. Bartenders, as always, were fantastic, fast, and had efficient service. I had booked a corporate event on Magic Yacht Charters. We had a wonderful experience - the planning process was seamless and the staff very helpful and friendly.
I am one of the passengers of the Magic Spirit, and I regret to inform you of a deeply disheartening experience we had. Despite our best efforts, we arrived at the port at 7:20 PM, hearts pounding with excitement for an event we had eagerly anticipated for a year. This was supposed to be a special surprise for my partner's birthday. As we arrived, a smile of joy and anticipation lit up our faces.
