Very friendly and honest.
We purchased home doors and windows from Magic almost 15 years ago and have been very satisfied. Recently, our slider door handle broke. We called 2 800 numbers and received prompt return calls. They shipped us, free of charge, a correct replacement handle as well. Everyone was very professional and courteous.
I had over 50 windows installed in my new house when I built it 21 years ago. Have recommended them to others and am still happy with my decision to purchase. A couple of minor repair issues were handled immediately by Jose. He was responsive, on time and took care of the issues. Great to see a company that stands behind its product even after all these years have passed.
Jose replaced the mesh in my magic window screen rollers in literally minutes. When I returned home, I was able to pop the rollers back in place and they work beautifully and look brand new. I am so pleased. Jose is fantastic!!!
