I was an exclusive customer of this store almost since it opened. New Manager Brad seems more intent on playing "pool scientist" than helping customers. He encourages pool water testing in his shop so he can spew his knowlege and make you think your pool depends on his wisdom. All it really does is make you wait, wait, wait.
