Hard water issues continue after water softener service was performed. I will update if this situation changes or improves.
If you call to order filters...don't call, it's a nightmare connecting to a person.
Dustin was great and knowledgeable. Very respectful and relatable. Having a 30 year old softener he gave options to either repair or replace. I opted to replace. It is nice having a guy be straight forward and is also ok with having 3 bosses (2 dachsunds 1 golden retriever) keeping an eye on him. Thanks Dustin!
I purchased 2 gallon jugs and refill them too!! Great people and service highly recommend them!!
We were very impressed, on the first day we contacted Aquarius , within hours a very nice tech arrived. He worked on our 23 year old Air conditioner for a long time to find that the fan motor was frozen. He couldn't fix it! With in a few days a sales person was here evaluating our systems. We agreed on a fair price and within 2 days it was installed and running. The Technician's that installed it were fast, clean, and toke all the trash away.
