Magic Wand carried out a restoration of our house after it survived a very close bush fire. The house had fine ash and smoke smell right through. We are very pleased with the result delivered in a timely efficient way. House clean, no smell and done ready for Christmas. Thank you.

Called up a month before needing a vacating pet spray done. Was told he would squeeze me in and get it done before the vacating date. Called up day before I was due to vacate to see when he was doing it I was told " I cant fit you in till Feb". He didn't bother to contact me to let me know this, just left me in the dark regarding not being able to do it. If he called and told me he couldn't I wouldn't have an issue, but to tell me you can do it and then realise you had no time and just not contact me is a joke.
I hired Magic Wand to complete an end of lease/carpet clean in January 2021, I had an issue with this service as they had not met realestate requirements. The owner of the company ignored my phone calls and emails regarding this issue, only answering when I called from a different number. The owner spoke rudely to me, at first refusing to fix the issue. When the issue had finally been resolved, I emailed Magic Wand regarding an invoice and payment method.
