Worst experience. Booked at a month before but he cancelled on the day required carpet cleaning. Not reliable at all.
I had booked an end-of-lease carpet cleaning with Magic Wand Cleaning a month in advance for 28/06/2026 at 9:00 AM. Robin took all my details and confirmed the booking. The day before the appointment, we even spoke again, and he confirmed he would arrive at 9:00 AM. He also asked for my address, which I sent. Later that evening, around 7:00 PM, I received this message: “Unable to clean your carpet tomorrow due to sudden illness. Magic Wand carried out a restoration of our house after it survived a very close bush fire. The house had fine ash and smoke smell right through. We are very pleased with the result delivered in a timely efficient way. House clean, no smell and done ready for Christmas. Thank you.
