Unprofessional and irresponsible
They repaired my company’s cleaning machine, but it broke again almost immediately. No one is taking responsibility for the poor repair or trying to resolve the issue.
I do not recommend this place. I took my cleaning machine to Magic Van for repairs, but after only one week, the exact same problem came back. They failed to fix the issue properly the first time, and when I contacted them again, they refused to take responsibility or stand behind their work. I wasted both my time and money, and the customer service was very disappointing. I expected a professional repair, but instead I was left with the same problem and no accountability.
