We had a great experience with Magic Valley Restoration after our basement flooded the end of December. They were quick to help us out, great with communication, and did an excellent job with the restoration! We were very happy working with them and would recommend their service to anyone who finds themselves in a flood situation!
John the owner came out to my home to check on a few things we were having issues with! He was honest, professional, and as a customer made me feel reassured! They are the best restoration company in the magic valley hands down! I would only recommend them!

Water damage was done due to a leak in the ice maker. Called Magic Valley Restoration and Chance immediately came to assess the damage. There was considerable floor damage. They walk you through the entire process and clearly understand exactly what the insurance company needs to get you covered and paid as quickly as possible.
