Various workers were pleasant and experienced. I was so impressed with the job they did. They tore out flooring and sheetrock, replacing all of it, and actually matched the original wall texture and paint color. Workers were among the best I’ve ever encountered!!!!! I would use/refer them in a heartbeat!
The people who work here are exceptional. The major problem I had was not covered by my homeowners insurance (stinkers!) and Chance, Roberto and some others were able to figure out a solution without it costing me a fortune. MVR basically rebuilt my basement. It flooded this winter and MVR took care of it. Every employee or associate of Magic Valley Restoration that came to my house was professional knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. They came in, knew their job and did it with the upmost respect to My Wife who works at home. I would recommend them every single day to anybody.
