We had a fire in our cellar which held our well, pressure tank, and filter. MVR was able to run temporary power and get water back to my house the first day. The crew doing the restoration have been a pleasure to work with. Easy to get in touch with. Keeps us updated on scheduling and always has an epic Playlist rocking. I would highly recommend.

I called Magic Valley Restoration after the plumber discovered a broken pipe under my home and suspected water damage. John dispatched someone to do a thorough inspection within two hours, even though they are seventy miles away. They were completely honest, explaining that some insulation had gotten wet but was dry now and could be replaced at my convenience. Their straightforward assessment gave me great peace of mind.

I had an outstanding experience with Magic Valley Restoration. Jon was great to work with and quickly put me in touch with Jim, the project manager. Jim came out to inspect my crawl space for mold and was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain what he found, and answer all of my questions without any pressure.
