This company cut my power off without any notice. What's sad is that I paid my electric bill in full. They will cut your power off and tell you to pay a deposit for you to cut your power back on. This company is a joke. These types of companies will make you relocate to not deal with their under handed thievery and cut throat tactics. They give you 10 days to pay your bill. What a FKing joke!!!!
I had my house have an outage at around 10:10 pm. I put the outage report online, noticed the outage map said only 1 reported outage and lo and behold by 11:45 pm they were outside my house. They figured everything out real quick and had my lights on shortly thereafter. Great guys, super friendly and best of all I’m writing this with my lights and AC on. Thanks again
How can you not answer phones ever and don't respond to online requests.
